• Manage and ensure design development as per the project brief given by client.
• Design coordination at all stages of design development- schematics, design development, construction documentation.
• Cost management and control throughout the project.

PRECONSTRUCTION STAGE

• Assistance in engagement of expertise advice as may be required
• Assistance in selection of appropriate building type, as per the structural requirements
• Validating the budget estimates and projects costs
• Assist in preparation & floating tenders to short-listed executing agencies
• Assist in award of works contracts
